A Women's Full Moon Retreat in Joshua Tree

April 30-May 3, 2026

Beneath the desert sky and glowing full moon, this 3 night, 4 day retreat is an invitation to pause, reset, and return to yourself in the embrace of nature. Far from the noise of daily life, you’ll be guided through mindful movement, grounding practices, and nourishing stillness, while evenings invite us to gather beneath the stars and the fullness of the moon, soaking in the beauty and wisdom of the natural world.

This retreat is designed as a simple and restorative experience, where the desert landscape becomes your sanctuary. Each day will unfold with a gentle rhythm, flowing between yoga, meditation, breath work and intentional rest so you can release what feels heavy and reconnect with what truly matters.

What makes this gathering especially powerful is the circle of women who come together-each bringing her own story, strength, intuitive spirit. In a safe and supportive community, you will experience the deep nourishment that arises from sisterhood: sharing, listening, laughing and holding space for one another.

As the sun sets and the full moon rises, we’ll honor the cycles of nature and the sacred cycles within ourselves. You will leave this retreat not only lighter and renewed, but also more deeply attuned to your body, heart and soul, carrying with you the inspiration, connection and strength that only women gathering together can create.
